This site asks for no more than a quote needs. Below is exactly what we keep, why, and what you can do about it.

What the quote form collects
When you fill in the quote form we keep what you enter: the work you selected, whether it concerns walls, ceilings or both, the rooms, the surface area in square metres, the state of the substrate, whether the property is more than two years old, your preferred timing, your name, email address, phone number, postcode, town, any note you add, and your agreement to this statement. We ask for nothing else. We infer nothing from your IP address and build no profile of you.
Photos you send
Photos go straight from your browser to Vercel Blob, a private store in Frankfurt (EU). They are not public on the internet and cannot be found through a search engine. The email to us contains a signed link that only we can open; that link runs through this website rather than through the storage itself.
Why we do this
We use your data to assess your request, call you if anything is unclear, and give you a price. The basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract, together with our legitimate interest in being able to respond to a request.
Who else sees your data
We use two processors. Vercel hosts this website and the photo storage in an EU region. Resend delivers the emails. Both process your data solely on our instructions. Nobody else receives it: we do not sell data, we do not advertise, and we run no analytics or tracking scripts.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for as long as we need it to respond and to carry out any work that follows. If no job results, we delete the request and the photos. Invoices fall under the statutory retention obligation of the Dutch tax authority, and we keep those records for as long as that obligation lasts.
Your rights
You may ask us what data we hold about you, have it corrected or erased, and object to the processing. An email to our address is enough; we reply as soon as we can. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no analytics. There is one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers whether you are viewing the site in Dutch or English. The quote form keeps your answers temporarily in your own browser so you do not have to start over if you refresh the page; that data stays on your device and disappears when you close the tab.
